OverviewNewcastle University is pleased to offer 10 Vice-Chancellor’s Global Scholarships (VCGS) for outstanding international applicants who apply to commence full-time Master’s studies. EligibilityTo be considered for the Vice-Chancellor’s Global Scholarships applicants must: be assessed as international for fee purposes hold an offer for an eligible Master’s degree programme at the University’s Newcastle city centre campus for the 2025/26 academic year already have or expect to receive the equivalent of an upper second class UK honours degree or above Applicants domiciled in the following countries/ regions are not eligible to apply for VCGS awards as the University offers specific schemes for these countries/ regions: Ghana, Nigeria, Canada, USA, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Colombia, Peru, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Turkey, Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and any member state of the European Union. |
