University College Birmingham provides a scholarship scheme for all new international undergraduate and postgraduate students who meet the payment deadlines specified in the table below.

Eligibility criteria

To apply for this scholarship, you must fulfil the following criteria:

  • You must have received and accepted an offer to study on a full-time undergraduate, postgraduate, International Foundation Diploma, or integrated pre-master’s programme at University College Birmingham starting in September 2025. Part-time courses, distance learning courses or other levels of study are not eligible.

  • You must have overseas fee status and be paying overseas tuition fees. Home fee payers are not eligible.

  • To be eligible for each component of the scholarship, your payment must reach UCB accounts by the corresponding deadline, unless you have proof that you initiated the payment more than two weeks prior to the deadline.

  • This scholarship is available to students’ first year of study only.

  • You agree to provide testimonials, feature in case studies and/or participate in marketing activities upon request.
